Where do you ship to?

How much does shipping cost?

UK

  • FREE UK shipping (3-5 days) over £100

EU

  • EU Express (3-10 days) €19.99
  • Free EU Express shipping (3-10 days) over €175

When will I receive my order?

I missed my delivery. What happens now?

In case of a missed delivery, reach out to the courier for rescheduling. If the package is returned to us due to various reasons, a refund will be processed after deducting original and return shipment costs. Opting for a new delivery will incur additional shipping charges.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not left our warehouse, we can cancel it and refund your payment. However, if your order is en route, you must accept the delivery and go through the return process.

How to return an order?

If you'd like to return an item and request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll provide guidance on the next steps. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in new condition, with attached hangtags, and in their original packaging as received.

Shipping cost, duties, and taxes of the return are responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping costs from the initial order.

The customer is responsible for the item(s) until it has been delivered to our warehouse. Please keep a receipt until you receive your refund.

Orders purchased during sales can only be returned for store credit.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll provide guidance on the next steps.

  • We'll ship your new item for free, on us.
  • One exchange per order item only.

Duties and taxes:

  • Shipping cost, duties, and taxes of the return are responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping costs from the initial order.

Proof:

  • The customer is responsible for the item(s) until it has been delivered to our warehouse. Please keep a receipt until you receive your refund.

Sales:

  • Orders purchased during sales can only be returned for store credit.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your items arrive at our warehouse, we'll check they meet our Returns Policy.This can generally take up to 10 business days.

Will I have to pay custom fees?

If your order is shipped to a country outside the UK, it may be subject to customs duties or charges that are not included in our shipping costs. You, as the buyer, will be responsible for any costs associated with importing the product.
