Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! If you’re shopping from outside the UK, please note that your order might be subject to import taxes or customs fees not included in our shipping rates. These are the responsibility of the customer.

If you don’t see your country at checkout, drop us a message at contact@gimmesprinkles.com — we’ll do our best to sort it out.

How long does shipping take?

UK deliveries usually arrive within 2–3 business days. For international orders, it typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you are in the world.

Where do you ship from?

All our goodies are shipped from London, UK.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on your location and order weight — you’ll see the exact amount at checkout.

For our UK customers, we offer free shipping on orders over £100.

Orders

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you miss your delivery, please get in touch with the courier to reschedule.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, missed delivery attempts, or not being picked up, we’ll refund you — but we’ll deduct the original shipping and return costs.

Prefer a re-delivery? No problem, but we’ll need to charge the shipping fee again.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder first, then email us at contact@gimmesprinkles.com if you still can’t find it.

I haven’t received my order

If it’s been more than 48 hours since your expected delivery date and there’s still no sign of your order, please get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to help, but unfortunately we may not always be able to offer a refund or replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — just reach out and we’ll cancel and refund it.

If it’s already on the way, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process.

Returns

How do I return an item?

To request a return, email us at contact@gimmesprinkles.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped back at your own cost, including any customer or duties (if applicable).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even on free shipping orders (we’ll deduct the shipping fee we covered).
  • The customer is responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouses. Please keep proof of shipping.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Exchanges are free, but you’ll need to cover the cost of sending the original item back to us.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes our quality check according to our Returns Policy, we’ll process your refund. This usually takes up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return.
